DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM?

Students and families can be referred by:

  • A legal guardian

  • Support organizations (e.g., DCF or DDD)

  • Advocates for juvenile transitional services

  • Social workers

  • School counselors

We welcome collaboration with these partners to ensure students receive the support they need.

ARE THERE ANY BENEFITS FOR FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS?

Students who have experienced the death of a parent will receive 2 weeks of free tutoring / mentoring services 1 hours per week. This special offer is made possible thanks to the generosity of our donors who support our vision and mission to provide accessible education to all.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH EXCEEDING BENCHMARKS TOGETHER INC?

 If you are not satisfied with our services, please reach out to our admin team and complete a short 3-minute survey about your experience. We will review your feedback and respond with a plan of action to address your concerns.​

A: Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for educational services. However, we are committed to ensuring a positive experience and will work with you to resolve any issues.
